1. 1. Remove the heater.
   2. Disassemble the housing.
   3. Remove the control unit.
   4. Remove the supercharger.
   5. Pull the cable seal out of the heat exchanger.
   6. Unscrew the 4 screws and remove the pressure plate.

Note: Ensure that the burner is separated from the flame tube.

1. 1. Gently turn to remove the burner.

ATTENTION!Be careful when removing the pin. Do not rotate the pin. Possible to lock the pin products of combustion.

1. Loosen the screw and pull the pin out of the torch.
2. Remove the heat pipe and seal from the heat exchanger. Seal must be replaced.
3. Work with the removed components.

1. 1. Install the new seal in the heat exchanger and bring the heat pipe to the installation position.
   2. Make sure that the otv. for pilot flame not contaminated. If necessary, clean it with a Ø 4mm rod.
   3. Insert the pin in the plate and position the protective insulation in the slot of the plate.

ATTENTION!When mounting the glow pin, make sure that it does not touch the heat exchanger. The pin must be inserted into the burner as far as it will go.

1. Secure the filament pin with the screw. Tighten the screw to 0.5 nM.
2. Insert the burner into the heat exchanger. Note that the flame sensor cable must be located under the fuel pipe.
3. Plug the plugs of the heat and the flame sensor into the hole. heat exchanger and install the cable gland in place.
