Burner.

In the burner, the fuel, evaporating from the evaporating gasket, is distributed through the combustion chamber. In the combustion chamber burns the air-fuel mixture, thereby heating the heat exchanger.

Burner replacement.

Dismantling.

1. Remove the heater.

2. Remove the gasket.

3. Remove the control unit.

4. Remove the air blower.

5. Unscrew the two screws and remove the retaining plate.

6. Pull the rubber seal of the glow plug / flame sensor harness out of the heat exchanger by pushing it.

7. Press on the rubber seal of the evaporating element in the heat exchanger.

8. Carefully pull the evaporating element out of the air intake tube, and then out of the heat exchanger unit.

9. Remove the retaining bracket and remove the glow plug / flame sensor from the burner.

10. Work with the removed components.

Installation.

1. Insert the glow plug / flame sensor into the burner (wire opposite the sealing hole) and secure with a fixing plate.

2. Insert the burner into the heat exchanger and into the flame tube.

3. Install the retainer and two locking screws.

4. Tighten the screws with a torque of 4 ± 0.4 Nm.

5. Install the fuel line seal in the heat exchanger.

6. Place the wires of the filament pin / flame sensor in the corresponding opening of the heat exchanger.

7. Install the filament / flame sensor seal into the heat exchanger housing. Make sure that the wires do not loop and have no slack.

8. Install air blower.

9. Install the control unit.

10. Assemble the hull.

11. Install the heater.
