We ordered a Webasto Airtop 2000 STC in December, Heaters4you shipped out right away in a couple of days. Russian mail and Canada Post both take their time, Russia Post took 6 weeks moving the heater through Russia to Toronto and Canada Post took 3 weeks from Toronto to Vancouver but it does eventually arrive. Everything is as represented and I highly recommend Heaters4you. You can't beat the price for genuine German heaters.

Heater works like a charm. I ordered muffler also and you need 2 extra 1” clamps that I did find locally but was not easy to locate.

Shipped to USA NO ISSUES

Haven't installed yet. But great price and reputable vendor. I would do business with them again.

Perfect for campervan renovations

When I ordered this kit, I was a bit worried about the functionality and also the postage/delivery service. I haven't installed it just yet, but I can say that it comes complete in the box and the aftersales customer service team are fantastic. There was a delay in transit/delivery due to the whole Covid situation, but once I contacted customer service, they were able to track the shipping and emailed the details of my shipment, which I then received the parcel a week later. Even before I bought the kit, we made some enquiries, which were answered on the spot. Will recommend this kit to anyone whose converting a campervan or small motorhome and will be using this company again if needed in the future.

Everything you need is supplied, 90% pre wired.Quite and efficient , just what I expected.

Great Price

The shipping time and tracking was good. The unit looked good on arrival. I hooked it up to temporally to test and it heated up perfect. Its a great little unit and at a great price. One minor issue was the mounting holes were not tapped on the heater body. Not sure if the manuf. intended to use self-tap screws (not included), but I just ran a M6x1.0 tap into the holes and used the included screws.
