Heat exchanger

In the heat exchanger, the heat produced during the combustion of the fuel is transferred to the air flow supplied by the supercharger.

Replacing the heat exchanger.

Dismantling.

1. Remove the heater.

2. Disassemble the housing.

3. Remove the control unit.

4. Remove the overheating sensor.

5. Remove the air blower.

6. Remove the burner.

7. Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the heat pipe from the heat exchanger.

8. Remove the round seal from the heat exchanger and check its condition.

Installation.

1. Place a new seal in the groove of the heat exchanger.

2. Install the flame tube and secure with 2 screws from the outside.

3. Tighten the screws with a torque of 4 + 0.4 Nm.

4. Install the burner.

5. Install the air blower.

6. Install the control unit.

7. Install overheating sensor.

8. Assemble the hull.

9. Install the heater.
