Pin hot.

When starting the heater, the fuel-air mixture is ignited with a pin. It is placed longitudinally in the center of the burner.

Replacing the burner and the pin.

Dismantling.

1. Dismantle the heater, depending on the space available.

2. Remove the supercharger.

3. Remove the screws.

4. Pull the plug and burner out of the burner head.

5. Loosen the screws with a clip for the pin and remove.

6. Pull the heat pin out of the burner.

7. Perform a visual inspection of the burner to determine the status.

8. To hold events in a disassembled state.

Alternative option:

1. Disconnect electrical connections.

2. Remove the control unit from the supercharger.

3. Unscrew the clamp fixing screw and remove the clamp.

4. Pull the combustion chamber blower out of the heat exchanger.

5. Remove the supercharger. Further, as described above with paragraph 3.

Installation.

1. Carefully insert the glow plug into the burner as far as it will go and secure with a clamp and screw. Tighten the screw with a torque of 2.5 Nm ± 10%

2. Insert the burner and plug into the head of the burner.

3. Fix the burner with screws with a tightening torque of 3Nm ± 10%

4. Install the supercharger.

5. Reconnect electrical connections.

6. Install the heater if it has been removed before.

Alternative option:

1. As described above to p. 4

2. Install the supercharger.

3. Insert the blower with the head of the burner into the heat exchanger, if necessary, align and fix with a hose clamp.

4. Install the control unit and restore the electrical connections.
