Honestly, at first anyone would be a bit skeptical. However after my order, they were very communicative. My order was held up in customs for quite a while… This naturally delayed the shipping process. However, when messaging them on Facebook they responded within minutes, and held a conversation with me to ease my worries. They also responded when I had questions about any of the parts/pieces!

10/10 Will be recommending.

I installed the heater into a 2019 dodge pro master, and, although you had to purchase additional small parts for any unique installation, The whole process went off without a hitch.

My one piece of advice is to purchase a little more exhaust pipe (steel), and Air intake house than you think you need!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered the unit in April, at the beginning of the global pandemic. The package got held up in customs and ultimately ended up taking 6 months to get to my address, but Andrey and the customer service team were exceptional at providing me with tracking information and even refunding my payment after 3 months of no arrival to ensure I felt confident in my order. I wasn't sure about ordering something all the way from Russia, but I saw good reviews on other sites and decided to go for it. I ran into shipping issues with covid and the USPS slowdown, but heaters4you was transparent and helpful every step of the way. I would use them again!

Great customer service

It took about 2 months to receive my order due to covid 19 stalling things in customs. This is largely due to things out side of heaters4you's control. What I liked about this company is that everytime I reached out to their customer service, they replied promptly with thoughtful responses and I felt they were doing everything in their power to remedy the situation. I replaced a chinese heater for this one. The chinese heater was not reliable at all. So far this one works flawlessly. It was simple to install as well. I would highly recommend it. I am in colorado so having the high altitude option was very useful. Customer service is great as well. They are very responsive.

Air Top 2000

Delivered to Idaho, USA. Took about 8 days. Haven't installed yet, but everything seems to be present, packaged well and in good condition. Manual is in Russian (I think?). Thorough communication via email the whole time! Price is WAY lower than anything else I found.

Awesome heater! Only problem was that I ordered the option with the rheostat controller and when I went to upgrade the controller the heater didn’t come preset for the upgraded controller to simply plug-in and we had to do some wire work.

Webasto Airtop STC for US customers

This order all turned out well. For USA customers be advised this item ships from Russian Post and some of the tracking info only comes in Russian and seems bogus but....after a period of wondering if I got hosed the tracking ships to USPS. Heater arrived in good shape, but with all instructions and material in Russian. Also states that the warranty is void if operated outside of Russia/EU. All in all about 20 days to ship to Alaska from Russia not bad.

The heater is installed and worked as normal. I downloaded a US manual from the web. The heater only comes with basic hardware and the exhaust and combustion air intake hoses are pretty short so plan on acquiring some more materials locally or order with your heater. My install was in a truck camper and pretty basic.

By far best deal for a real webasto on the web and for sure beats the dealers that charge double what’s for sale on here.
